Services of Office Management include meeting statutory requirements, Handling correspondence, General administration, Banking operation, Fund Management, Liasoning work with various government / semi-government bodies including Dy. Registrar, BMC, Law of court, Police Dept; Income Tax Dept; etc.

Office Management related functions:

All banking operations – preparation of pay-in-slips, depositing the cheques in the bank, withdrawals, FDs handling
All clerical functions – preparation of vouchers, cheques, payment of various statutory payments like water charges, property tax, electricity bills etc. Typing, photo copying etc., maintenance of proper filing system.
Independent handling of all correspondences with members / outsiders.
Liaison works with all outside agencies such as Builders, Advocates, BMC, Reliance Power / Tata Power, Registrar's office
Maintenance of all statutory registers, writing of minutes of the Managing Committee meetings, General Body meetings
Attending to the complaints of all members.
Assisting the Management in Budgetary exercise, Funds management, fixation of outgoings on members etc, and meeting all statutory obligations
Issue of notices, and preparation of documents for initiating actions u/s 101 of the MCS Act for recovery of dues from members, and follow up with the advocate in this matter
