> Minimum a Graduate in any discipline.
> Age - In the range of 45-60 years.
> Should be a Computer Literate.
> At least 2 years industry experience in a Registered Housing Society having at least 50 + membership.
> Should have good knowledge of the Provision of Bye-laws.
> Knowledge of Housing societies Billing & Accounts – Preferable.
> Good communication and interpersonal skills.
> Pleasant personality and ability to handle the tricky situations.
> Ability to work independently.

PROPERTY / ESTATE MANAGEER::
> Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
> Age - In the range of 45-55 years.
> Should be a Computer Literate - Preferable.
> At least 2 years industry experience in a reputed builder’s firm or any Property Management Firm.
> Working knowledge of the Civil, Electrical, Plumbing etc.
> Drive to gain more n more technical knowledge.
> Good communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
> Ability to handle the time-bound situations.
> Ability to work independently.

ACCOUNTANT::
> Minimum Graduate in Commerce discipline.
> Age – Below 35 years.
> Should be a Computer Literate.
> At least 2 years industry experience in a Chartered Accounting or similar firm.
> Knowledge of Housing societies Billing & Accounts – Preferable
> Knowledge of the Provision of Bye-laws – Preferable.
> Should possess good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
> Should have a pleasant personality
